Refund policy
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or we have delivered a different item than the ordered item.
In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective or different from the one you ordered, we will promptly check stock status and replace it with a new or equivalent product. Please send photo(s) with details by email with your name and order number within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that after this time, we will no longer be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges.
